1. Order Cancellations Before Supplier Commitment: You may cancel orders within 24 hours of payment with a full refund. After Supplier Commitment: Cancellations incur a 100% fee (covers supplier negotiations and quotes).
2. Refund Eligibility We offer refunds only in these cases: Quality Discrepancy: Proven defects vs. agreed specs (refund or replacement). Shipping Errors: Lost/damaged shipments (refund or reship after investigation).
Non-Refundable Services: Supplier vetting fees (if work has begun).Custom-sourced samples.
3. Quality DisputesStep 1: Submit evidence (photos/videos) within 7 days of delivery. Step 2: We arrange a third-party inspection (cost split 50/50 if dispute is unfounded). Step 3: Refund/replace defective goods (minus shipping costs).
4. Shipping & CustomsDelays/Damage: Claims must be filed with the carrier (we assist with paperwork). Customs Fees: Buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise in contract.
5. Dispute ResolutionNegotiation: We prioritize resolving issues within 14 days. Mediation: Unresolved disputes go through the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce. Legal Jurisdiction: Governed by Jamaican law.
